Deadline: May 13, 2008.
Eligibility: Private for-profit and nonprofit entities and institutions of higher education. Fund uses: To support family economic self-sufficiency and child care quality for families with children ages 0-12 or with special needs by fostering a child care and early education knowledge management and support system.
