Part of the USDA-funded project, this report looks at how rural low-income families use the Earned Income Tax Cr4edit. "Rual Low-Income Families: Tracking Their Well Being and Functioning in the Context of Welfare Reform" collected qualitative and quantitative data from 299 rural low-income families from 13 states and 23 counties.
